Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is also required.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the item is shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day window to cancel or return your order for any reason. As with our general policy, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds
We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
